Tim O'Brien

Tim O'Brien started their work experience in 1993 as the President at Benchmark Engineering Group, Inc. Tim then transitioned to roles within the U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security - Federal Emergency Management Agency, serving as a FEMA - Project Officer from 2004 to 2005, a FEMA - PA - Technical Services Group (TSG) Regional Coordinator from 2005 to 2006, and a FEMA - Project Officer in 2006.

Tim O'Brien graduated from Ohio University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
