Lynn Kasten

Lynn Kasten is an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Food and Beverage at BENCHMARK, A Global Hospitality Company, since January 2019. Kasten has also held the position of Director of Restaurants at Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate since January 2016. Previous experience includes co-owning alFresco Restaurant from October 2011 to February 2017, where the focus was on farm-to-table casual dining. Kasten's extensive background also features roles at Gaylord Entertainment Company, including Director of Food and Beverage, Assistant Food and Beverage Director, and Restaurant Manager from December 2003 to October 2011, as well as a Restaurant Manager role at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts from December 2000 to November 2003. Kasten holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Eastern Illinois University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
