Benjamin Vergez possesses extensive experience in the luxury hospitality sector, with a career spanning several prestigious establishments. At Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from July 2015 to June 2018, Benjamin held various leadership roles, including Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, and Supervisor. Following this, Benjamin served as General Manager at Petrus for Gordon Ramsay Restaurants from June 2021 to November 2022. Prior to this, Benjamin worked at Marcus Wareing Restaurants from June 2018 to June 2021, where positions included General Manager and Restaurant Manager in a Michelin-starred setting within a five-star hotel. Experience also includes a role as Head Waiter at Hotel Du Cirque Et De La Cascade in 2013.
