Lisa Wieczorek, MLIS

Lisa Wieczorek, MLIS, has a diverse work experience beginning in 2011 with a role as a Design Contractor at Dakota Systems. Lisa then worked as a Technical Publications Designer at Shure Incorporated from 2012 to 2018, and as a Visual Designer while Self Employed from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, Lisa began working as a Library Associate, Youth and Teen Services at the Lincolnwood Public Library District, and also as a Rosenthal Archives Intern at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. Currently, Lisa is a Content Reviewer at School Library Journal and a QA Content Reviewer at BenchPrep.

Lisa Wieczorek, MLIS, obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree from Dominican University in 2010, with a major in Communications/Journalism and a minor in Apparel Design. In 2019, they went on to earn their Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS) degree from Dominican University in the field of Library and Information Science. In 2021, they obtained a certification from the CITI Program, A Division of BRANY, as a Group 1 Social and Behavioral Researchers.
