Jeremy Epstein has extensive work experience in user research, product management, and design consulting. Jeremy is currently the Head of User Research at BenchSci, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Researcher and Consultant at BenchSci from December 2021 to July 2022. Before joining BenchSci, Jeremy served as the Director of User Research at Top Hat from July 2018 to April 2021, where they focused on driving growth through customer focus and implementing user experience research strategies. Jeremy also worked as a Product Management and Product Design Consultant at Sitecore from May 2015 to March 2021. Additionally, Jeremy has experience as a User Experience Consultant at Thomson Reuters from May 2015 to February 2018, where they oversaw design projects and mentored design staff. Jeremy also worked as a Product Management and User Experience Consultant at Skype from April 2012 to May 2015, leading an eight-person team and contributing to the design and product-market fit of ECS, a service employed by Skype, MS Teams, and O365. Earlier in their career, Jeremy worked as a Product Design Consultant at MarkMonitor from May 2007 to February 2015 and as a User Experience Consultant at Symantec from March 2007 to April 2009. Furthermore, they have worked as a User Interface Architect at Cast Iron Systems from October 2003 to May 2006 and as a Senior User Interface Designer at DemandTec from September 2000 to October 2003. Jeremy also has experience as a Founder and VP of Products at Ithority Corporation, where they helped bootstrap the startup and later sold it to Opus360 in 2000. Throughout their career, Jeremy has demonstrated a strong focus on user research, product management, and design, delivering impactful results and contributing to the success and growth of the organizations they have worked for.

Jeremy Epstein received a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Design from Carnegie Mellon University, which they attended from 1990 to 1994.
