Tobi Bailey

Tobi Bailey has a diverse work experience in the field of People Operations and Human Resources. They are currently working at BenchSci as the Team Lead, People Operations. Prior to that, Tobi worked as a Senior Specialist People Operations and Benefits Specialist at BenchSci. They also have experience at OpenText as a Benefits Lead, where they supported employees in accessing and optimizing benefits plans. Tobi's previous role at Shopify involved creating and launching benefits programs during a period of high growth. They also have experience at lululemon as a Total Rewards Specialist, where they oversaw benefits planning and delivery for a rapidly expanding workforce. Tobi's earliest role was at Cape Enrage Interpretive Centre, where they worked as a Human Resource Generalist.

Tobi Bailey has a diverse education history. In 2020, Tobi attended the University of Toronto and completed a certificate program in Coding Boot Camp. The following year, Tobi pursued a User Experience (UX) Nanodegree from Udacity. In 2012, Tobi briefly studied International Human Resource Management at Rennes School of Business. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2012, Tobi obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with honors in Human Resources from the University of New Brunswick. In addition to these educational experiences, Tobi also holds a Certificate in Global Benefits Management from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP), which was obtained in 2018.
