Leah Fuller

Leah Fuller possesses extensive experience in management and process improvement within Benco Dental, having held multiple leadership roles since joining the company in 2008. Currently serving as the Software & IT Solutions Manager, Practice Coaching and Transitions Manager, and Continuous Improvement Manager, Leah directs company-wide efforts focused on integrating Benco Continuous Improvement tools to foster a culture of efficiency and engagement. Previous roles include Design Manager, where Leah led a creative team of 23, and Equipment Coordinator Manager, overseeing a team delivering exceptional customer experiences. Leah also has experience as a National Accounts Support Supervisor, implementing procedures for a rapidly growing segment of the business.
