Molly Sirota

Molly Sirota is a seasoned professional in UX research and behavioral analysis, currently serving as a Principal Researcher at Bend Studio since September 2023 and as a Senior UX Research Manager at PlayStation since August 2015. Molly has extensive experience in strategizing product direction by collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams across all development stages, employing various research methodologies to address user and business needs. Prior roles include Senior User Researcher in a consulting capacity for notable clients, an Anthropology Lecturer focusing on cultural dynamics, and Director of Behavioral Research, where comprehensive qualitative and quantitative research was conducted across multiple industries. Molly holds a Master's degree in Cultural Anthropology from San Diego State University.
