Vitaliy Plesnyayev

Vitaliy Plesnyayev, PMP, has extensive experience in project implementation and technical management, currently serving as Manager of Project Implementation at TDS Telecommunications Corp. since January 2004. Prior to this role, Vitaliy held the position of Technical Director at Dontelecom from June 2000 to August 2001 and was the Head of the International Switching Center in Rostov on Don at Rostelecom from 1995 to 2000. Vitaliy holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kiev University of Civil Aviation, earned between 1986 and 1992, and a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications and Radio Engineering from Riga Aircraft Technical College of Civil Aviation, obtained from 1982 to 1985.
