Shawna Mott has over 28 years of experience in the financial services industry. Shawna began their career in 1992 as the Manager of Training & Employee Communications at Benefit Services Corporation, where they developed corporate training and communication programs and managed a training staff. In 2004, they joined ProNvest, Inc. as a Client Relations Manager. In 2005, they moved to PilotHSA, LLC as the Director of Client Services, where they managed the HSA Administration Services business line, developed client services/administration processes and procedures, and served as a subject matter expert related to health savings account rules and regulations. In 2020, they joined Bend Financial as the Director of Client Services, where they provide health savings account (HSA) and financial wellness solutions to individuals, employers, and organizations in the group benefits distribution market.

Shawna Mott attended Drake University from 1986 to 1990 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Math.
