Donna Blake

Donna Blake is an accomplished Coaching and Change Practice Manager at Bupa, leading the development of the APAC organisational change management framework and agile coaching capabilities since August 2021. With a robust background in change management and organizational development, Donna has successfully implemented numerous transformation strategies across various sectors, including Medibank, where a significant enterprise agility transformation impacted 500 employees. Previous roles at the National Disability Insurance Agency and ANZ further demonstrate Donna's expertise in driving effective change initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing employee experiences. Donna holds an MBA and a Certificate in Organisational Coaching, along with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drawing and a Certificate in Patisserie.
