Paul Rains has extensive experience in the banking and real estate sectors, currently serving as the National Manager of Performance & Transformation Community Banking at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank since January 2010. Throughout a progressive career at the bank, Paul has held various positions, including Senior Manager, Business Performance Manager, and Regional Manager, showcasing strong leadership and performance management skills. Prior to this, Paul was a Sales Assistant at Raine and Horne Real Estate and began their career as a Pastry Chef at Orange Spot Bakery in Glenelg.
