Ben Tan

Ben Tan is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems administration and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Administrator at Bendigo Health since January 2019, Ben has previously held key positions including Senior Technical Services Administrator at Bendigo Telco, Level 3 Network Engineer at Bolton's Office National, and Field Systems Engineer at OsBTI PTY LTD. Ben's career began at Bendigo IT Pty. Ltd. as an IT Services Consultant and Systems Administrator, and also included a role as Systems Administrator and ICT Analyst at Gen-i Australia, where rigorous ITIL standards were implemented. Ben holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computing from La Trobe University, complemented by foundational education from local secondary colleges.
