Francesco Bovoli

Francesco Bovoli is currently the VP of Operations at Bending Spoons. Prior to this, they were with TuneMoji from October 2016 to September 2020, where they held the title of CPO/CTO. At TuneMoji, Francesco led product, technology, and operations and grew the global userbase from 10,000 to over 40,000,000. Francesco also pitched and built integrations with Apple, Facebook, Viber, Twitch, Snap, Skype, Slack and more. Other notable experience includes Francesco's time as the VP of Product at Karhoo from April 2016 to September 2016, where they created the product function and scaled it to 20+ people. Francesco has also held the title of VP Data Science & Infrastructure at Workshare from November 2012 to December 2014, and CTO/COO at IdeaPlane from November 2010 to November 2012.

Francesco Bovoli has an MBA from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. Francesco also has certification from Coursera in Machine Learning.

Francesco Bovoli reports to Luca Ferrari, Co-founder & CEO. They work with Fabio Pelizzola - Software Engineer, Vito Matarazzo - Software Engineer, and Francesco Giacchè - Software Engineer. Chiara Brambilla - Human Resources Administrator, Marta Alterio - Team Assistant, Accounting, Finance & Legal, and Laura Zucchinali - Finance Manager report to Francesco Bovoli.
