Deborah Pagel

Deborah Pagel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organization development consulting, currently serving as a Senior Organization Development Consultant at Boeing since July 2002. Deborah's career includes significant roles at W.W. Grainger and Navigant Consulting, Inc., as well as academic contributions as an adjunct faculty member at Benedictine University and Webster University, where courses on Organization Behavior and Development were taught. Deborah's educational background features an MS in Management/Organization Behavior from Benedictine University and a Bachelor's in Biology with Physics/Nuclear from Elmhurst University. Additionally, Deborah has engaged in advanced leadership programs and has held key positions in organizations such as Exelon and ComEd, showcasing a robust foundation in health physics and organizational development.
