Jeff Bailey

Jeff Bailey is an experienced professional in organizational change management, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Lewis University since December 2023, where Jeff designs and delivers change management courses. In their extensive role as Director of Organizational Change at CherryRoad Technologies Inc. since 2008, Jeff leads change initiatives and collaborates with senior stakeholders on various projects. Additionally, Jeff has held positions as an Adjunct Professor at Benedictine University since 2010, Principal Consultant for Change Management at Solbourne prior to its acquisition by Deloitte in 2008, and Senior Consultant at Deloitte’s Organization and Change practice. Earlier career experiences include roles as Manager of Change Management at KCMG Management Group and Organization Development Analyst at Blackwell Consulting Services. Jeff holds a PhD in Organization Development from Benedictine University, a Master’s in Instructional Design from Northern Illinois University, and a BA in Communications from Truman State University.
