Douglas Blair

Douglas Blair serves as Associate General Counsel at BJC HealthCare, a position held since February 1999. In addition to this role, Douglas is an Adjunct Professor at Webster University since January 2019, teaching Healthcare Administration Law and Issues in Health Policy to graduate students. Since November 2023, Douglas has also been an Adjunct Professor at South College, instructing undergraduate students in Healthcare Law and Ethics, while actively participating on the AI Student Committee.
