Reyna Herbison

Reyna Herbison, Ph.D, MBA, currently serves as an Adjunct Lecturer and Professor of Management & Organizational Behavior at Benedictine University since July 2015. In addition, Reyna has been the Global Director of Software Sales & Services at SoftwareIDM, Inc. since December 2012, where focus is on solving identity management challenges for corporations. Prior experience includes roles as Field Sales Leader at Horace Mann Companies, District Sales Associate at Countrywide Insurance Services/Bank of America, and Agency Owner at Allstate Insurance. Reyna holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Organization Development from Benedictine University and an MBA in Business from the University of Charleston.
