Steve Treacy

Steve Treacy is the Principal at Steve Treacy and Associates since June 1986 and serves as a Senior Adjunct Professor in Management & Organizational Behavior at Benedictine University since September 1989. Additionally, Steve held the position of Commissioner on the Sister Cities Commission for the City of Naperville, IL, from 2011 to April 2015. Prior to these roles, Steve was the Chief Executive Officer of Contemporary Precast Products Inc, a large engineering design and construction organization, from 1970 to 1986. Steve Treacy holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from Aurora University (1986) and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering from Marquette University.
