Graeme Howard

Graeme Howard serves as the Group Chief Information Officer at Benefact Group, leading technology and data functions since January 2024. In addition to this role, Graeme is a Non-Executive Director at esynergy and an Advisory Board Member for the Global CIO Institute. Graeme's prior experience includes serving as the Chief Information & Technology Officer at Covéa Insurance, where a key achievement was the development of an in-house Policy Admin Platform, and as Group Chief Information Officer at Santa Fe Relocation, completing a comprehensive digital transformation. Graeme held various leadership positions at Motorola Solutions, contributing to significant revenue growth and operational efficiencies across global service initiatives. Graeme holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) with honors in Electrical & Communications Engineering specializing in Computer Systems & Networks from the University of Plymouth.
