Eileen Bertolini

Eileen has 30 years of experience in development and advancement services for higher education, including 20 years in leadership and management roles. She has led large projects related to CRM implementation and customization, business process improvements, IT governance, and campaign reporting. She has also managed a number of functional teams— including IT, analytics and reporting, biographic records, gift processing, fund management, gift agreement services, document management, prospect research, budget and finance, and human resources.
