Lawrence Henry

Lawrence Henry is a seasoned banking executive with extensive experience in retail and digital banking. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Retail & Digital Banking at Beneficial State Bank since 2019, Lawrence focuses on optimizing sales, service, and operations through customer-centric strategies. Prior to this role, Lawrence held positions such as Executive Vice President and Head of Retail Banking & Digital Channel at CTBC Bank Corp. and Managing Director at Union Bank-MUFG, where responsibilities included P&L performance and overseeing multiple banking divisions. Lawrence's earlier experience encompasses significant roles at Countrywide Financial and Wells Fargo, where strategic sales management and personnel development were key areas of focus. Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Humanities from Arizona State University and has completed an Executive Leadership Program with MUFG North America.
