Constance Raboulin

Constance Raboulin (Pinon) is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in the beauty and cosmetics industry. Currently serving as Marketing Director at Benefit Cosmetics since April 2025, Constance previously held the position of Senior Regional Marketing Manager for Parfums Christian Dior from September 2019 to September 2025, overseeing fragrance and makeup & skincare categories in the Middle East and Africa. Constance's expertise also includes roles at Shiseido, including Brand Manager for Global Travel Retail, and Regional Marketing Manager at Elizabeth Arden, among other positions in marketing and brand management across various companies.
