Damien Dovi

Damien Dovi is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in alternative asset management, corporate finance, and board governance. Currently serving as Managing Director at Benefit Street Partners since November 2016, Damien oversees a leading credit-focused alternative asset management firm with approximately $76 billion in assets under management. Previous roles include Managing Director at BDCA Adviser, LLC, where Damien managed investments in private companies, and board observer positions at various companies, including Squan, Katch LLC, Zimbra, Total Attorneys, and Cooking.com. Damien also held a partner position at BIA Digital Partners, focusing on mezzanine investments in technology, media, and telecommunications sectors. Damien began a career in finance as an analyst in the Sports Finance & Advisory Group at Banc of America Securities after earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Ithaca College.
