Paweł Kornosz

Paweł Kornosz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and management, currently serving as the Managing Director for Cafeteria Platforms at Benefit Systems SA since February 2023. Kornosz oversees the strategy and product offerings for the largest benefits marketplace and employee experience platform in Poland, including MyBenefit. Previously, Kornosz held key roles such as Product and Technology Development Director and Board Member at YesIndeed! until September 2023 and contributed to the work of the Mam Marzenie Foundation as an Expert Council Member from March 2020 to December 2022. Additionally, Kornosz has experience as a supervisory board member for PANEK S.A., CEO of WannaBuy, co-owner of PurellaFood, and co-owner and IT Director at InDreams, among other positions. Kornosz has a strong background in both management and technology, evidenced by previous roles in several organizations.
