Crosby Spiess is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and customer service. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at BenefitBump since October 2020, Crosby has previously held roles including Director of Operations and Project Leader/Implementation Coordinator within the same company. Prior experience includes a position as a Customer Service Specialist at CSC, where Crosby contributed to the Entity Management Team and engaged in a service project for the Special Olympics.
