Crosby Spiess

Crosby Spiess is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and customer service. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at BenefitBump since October 2020, Crosby has previously held roles including Director of Operations and Project Leader/Implementation Coordinator within the same company. Prior experience includes a position as a Customer Service Specialist at CSC, where Crosby contributed to the Entity Management Team and engaged in a service project for the Special Olympics. Additionally, Crosby worked as a Companion Caregiver at Home Instead during the summers of 2017 and 2018, providing essential support to elderly clients. Crosby holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with double majors in Psychology and Government & Law from Lafayette College, completed in 2020, and is a graduate of Great Valley High School, class of 2016.
