Caroline Allred

Caroline Allred has a strong background in analytics and business intelligence. Caroline is currently working as the Director of Analytics at BenefitMall since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Eyemart Express from 2016 to 2021, holding various roles including Business Intelligence Manager, Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, and Business Intelligence Analyst. In these roles, they were responsible for interpreting and analyzing data to optimize operations and provide market insights. Caroline also has experience at Brand Protection Agency, where they worked as an Account Manager, handling 30 accounts and advocating for clients' needs. Caroline also worked as a Reporting Analyst, where they developed a pricing dashboard and identified internal defects. Caroline started their career as an intern at State Farm Insurance in 2012.
