Laura Hood

Laura Hood has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Laura started their career as an Employee Benefits Representative at PCF - Publishers Circulation Fulfillment in 1995 and worked there until 2000. Laura then joined Kelly & Associates Insurance Group, where they served as an Enrollment Administrator and Installation Administrator from 2001 to 2006. Laura also worked at Comprehensive Benefits Planning as an Account Coordinator from 2004 to 2006. Laura then joined RJ Wilson & Associates as a Team Leader from 2006 to 2007. From 2007 to 2012, Laura worked at Small Business Group, Inc. as an Associate, handling data entry and client inquiries. Currently, they are employed at BenefitMall, initially joining in 2012 as an Account Service Representative. Laura later became an Account Manager in 2017 and is now a Team Lead, responsible for ensuring smooth sales and service transitions and maintaining customer loyalty.

Laura Hood attended Dundalk Community College in 1992, where they studied Business. Prior to that, they attended Trade School from 1991 to 1992 and obtained a degree in Computerized Clerical Accounting.
