Lokraj Ghimire

Lokraj Ghimire has held various leadership roles in the field of engineering and project management. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Project Coordinator at mDev Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where they managed multiple projects, prioritized needs, and ensured projects stayed on schedule. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Consoltica, initially as a Scrum Master and later as a Program Manager, where they guided and coached teams, oversaw project completion, and managed IT personnel and developers. In 2022, they joined Searchable Design LLC as a Project Manager, responsible for defining project scope, facilitating agile ceremonies, and assigning and overseeing tasks. Currently, Lokraj is the Head of Engineering Department at Benekiva, where they provide strategic direction, collaborates with executive leadership, and leads and manages a high-performing engineering team.

Lokraj Ghimire completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Lumbini Engineering College. lokraj then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Nepal College of Information Technology. In addition to their formal education, Lokraj obtained various certifications, including JavaScript Essential Training, Project Management Foundations, Agile Planning for Software Products, and several others related to machine learning, agile practices, and software development. lokraj also holds certifications as a Scrum Master and a registered Product Owner.
