Katie Fitz-Gerald

Katie Fitz-Gerald, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources and Vice President of Human Resources at BSG since March 2021, Katie has previously held senior roles at Benenson Strategy Group, including Director and Human Resources Manager, from March 2013 to March 2021. In addition, Katie worked as a Human Resources Consultant for Animal Care Systems in 2020 and occupied multiple HR positions at Aimco from September 2004 to March 2013, ranging from Human Resources Manager to Administrative Assistant. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History/Political Science from Colorado College, awarded in 2004.
