Shannon-Janean Currie

Shannon-Janean Currie is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic consulting, non-profit leadership, and executive support. Currently serving as Vice President and Special Assistant to the CEO at Benenson Strategy Group since February 2014, Shannon-Janean combines language expertise with innovative research to enhance brand strategies. In addition to this role, Shannon-Janean has been the President of the National Urban League Young Professionals at the Urban League for Bergen County since June 2016, championing civil rights in diverse communities. Other notable positions include Chief Associate at The Atlas Club and past roles as a consultant for Hillary for America and Senior Executive Assistant to Sean "Diddy" Combs at Bad Boy Entertainment. Shannon-Janean’s educational background includes a Master's degree in Corporate Communications and Public Relations from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland.
