Sophia Carbone

Sophia Carbone is a Research Manager at BSG since February 2023, having previously served as a Senior Analyst at Kantar. With experience as a Senior Associate and Analyst at Kantar from September 2021 to February 2023, Sophia contributed to research initiatives at the Council on Foreign Relations as a National Program and Outreach Intern. Additionally, Sophia coordinated recruitment and retention strategies for the Citizenship and Civic Engagement program at Syracuse University's Maxwell School and interned at the District Office of Congresswoman Rosa L. DeLauro, addressing constituents' concerns. Earlier roles include an internship at the International Center of Syracuse, coordinating support for refugees, and serving as a Teaching Assistant at Syracuse University. Sophia holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs, Citizenship and Civic Engagement, and Spanish from Syracuse University - Maxwell School.
