Adam Glasser

Adam Glasser has had a diverse work experience. In 2022, they began working as a Customer Engineer for Benepass. From 2018 to 2021, they worked for PFL.com in various roles, including Senior Solutions Architect, Solutions Architect, and Marketing Automation Specialist. In 2017, they were a Customer Care Specialist at Marketo, and also completed an Internship at Slow Food USA. During their time at PFL.com, they were responsible for the design, development, and deployment of web-based applications and point solutions, as well as data analysis and visualization techniques. At Marketo, they boosted customer satisfaction and retention among the largest customer segment, and provided tier 1 technical support for ToutApp/Sales Engage.

Adam Glasser graduated from the University of Denver in 2017 with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism.
