Rana Barai

Rana Barai is an experienced professional in the energy and nuclear sectors, currently serving as an Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) - Equipment Testing Specialist at Beneq since March 2023. Prior to this role, Rana worked at Enersense International Oyj as a Nuclear I&C V&V, Qualification and Safety Assessment Expert for the Fennovoima Hanhikivi 1 Nuclear Power Project. Rana has also held positions as System Responsible Engineer for Nuclear Liquid Waste Management at IAN Group, Deputy General Manager of O&M at Reliance Power for a solar power plant, and Manager of I&C Commissioning with AREVA and Larsen & Toubro, among other roles in various companies. Rana's educational background includes an MBA in International Business from Tampere University of Applied Sciences, a Post Graduate Diploma in Thermal Power Plant Engineering from the National Power Training Institute, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur.
