Beate O'Neil

Beate O'Neil is a seasoned professional in health and wellbeing, currently serving as the Strategy, Products, and Partnerships lead at TELUS Health since December 2022 and previously as Head of Product and Partnerships at Benestar, which was acquired by TELUS Health in 2018. With extensive experience spanning over two decades, Beate has held significant roles including New Product Director at Davidson Trahaire Corpsych and Head of Wellbeing Consulting at Punter Southall Health & Protection Consulting. Beate has a strong background in developing and implementing health programs, managing income protection claims, and leading teams in occupational health consultancy. Earlier in the career, Beate gained valuable experience as a Senior Rehabilitation Case Manager and a Senior Physiotherapist, earning a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Northumbria University.
