Nicholas Iliadis

Nicholas Iliadis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mental health support and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Wellbeing Support Officer at Benestar since February 2019, Nicholas has successfully led a team in client rapport building and collaborated with senior psychologists for effective case management. Previously, as an Organizational Development Coordinator, Nicholas coordinated mental health training programs and provided valuable data analysis insights. Earlier roles include Wellbeing Support Officer at Benestar and Junior Therapist at ABA Intervention, where Nicholas implemented behavioral analysis strategies for children with Autism Spectrum disorders. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) from Federation University Australia and a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Forensic) from UNSW.
