Ryan Haman

Ryan Haman is an experienced software engineering manager currently leading development efforts at BeneSys, Inc. since April 2023. Previously, Ryan served as a software development manager at the Midcontinent Independent System Operator from December 2019 to February 2023, overseeing teams focused on Settlements and Resource Adequacy while implementing Agile and SAFe methodologies. Ryan's earlier roles include application development manager and IT manager at POLARIS Laboratories®, where responsibilities encompassed managing development teams and acting as product owner for the HORIZON application. Additional experience includes contributing as a DMET developer contractor at Eli Lilly and holding various development and consulting positions at prominent companies. Ryan holds a Master of Business Administration from Butler University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology from Purdue University.
