Vanessa Lombardo, ATP, M.Ed has extensive experience in the field of assistive technology and special education. Currently, Vanessa serves as a Facilitator with the Inclusive EdTech Working Group, focusing on enhancing accessible educational technology for learners with disabilities in marginalized communities. Additionally, Vanessa holds the position of Adjunct Professor at The College of New Jersey, teaching a graduate-level Assistive Technology course. At Benetech, Vanessa has been involved in various roles, including Training and Learning Manager, Outreach Manager, and Outreach Coordinator, where responsibilities have included training and support for underserved school districts. Previously, Vanessa directed Assistive Technology Services at Advancing Opportunities and has held roles at Elwyn and Elmwood Public School District, highlighting a commitment to enhancing education and accessibility for students with disabilities. Vanessa's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Child Psychology from Fordham University and a Master's in Special Education from the University of Cincinnati.
