Alex McCarthy

As a Director of National Accounts, Alex works with Aggregators, RIAs, Recordkeepers, Broker/Dealers and other key stakeholders in the retirement industry to establish long term strategic partnerships with Benetic and help provide best in class solutions to their clients. Alex is responsible for driving overall awareness, integration, and usage of the Benetic platform and its services.

Alex brings over a decade of experience in the DCIO market. Prior to Benetic, Alex was a Vice President of National Accounts at State Street Global Advisors, where he fostered and managed key strategic relationships across the US intermediary channel. Alex was also the Director of National Accounts at Build Asset Management where he helped to develop a distribution strategy for the firm with home office relationships across strategic partners in the recordkeeping, aggregator, and RIA channels.

Alex received a B.S. in Economics Finance at Bentley University. Alex holds his FINRA series 7, 63, and 65 licenses as well as the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation.
