Daniele Smaniotto

Daniele Smaniotto is a seasoned professional in financial controlling and human resources, currently serving as Global HR Controller at Benetton Group since November 2022. With a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and labor cost analysis for over 5,000 employees, Daniele supervises a dedicated HR Controlling team. Prior to this role, Daniele worked as Subsidiaries Controller at STIGA, overseeing operational expenditures and financial performance across multiple departments and subsidiaries. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Sales Bridge, Daniele led the start-up until December 2020, and previously contributed as a Junior Business Controller at OTB, handling budgeting and reporting for renowned brands. Daniele holds a degree from Università degli Studi di Padova and has furthered education at CUOA Business School and Chichester Language College.
