Jenni Dunlap

Jenni Dunlap has extensive work experience in the field of compensation and human resources. Jenni is currently the Vice President of People Operations and Total Rewards at thredUP since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Amherst Holdings as the Head of Total Rewards & HR Operations from April 2019 to June 2022. Prior to Time Inc., Jenni worked at Union Bank as the VP of Corporate Compensation from June 2011 to April 2012. Jenni led the corporate compensation and incentive programs for the Retail Banking Division and provided expertise and consultation on base salary administration, incentive plans, job evaluation, and market data analysis.

Jenni also has experience working at Charles Schwab as a Compensation Manager from November 2009 to June 2011. In this role, they developed and administered compensation plans, conducted salary surveys, and made compensation recommendations to the business.

Their earlier career experiences include working at CareerBuilder.com as a Sales Incentive Team Lead from February 2009 to November 2009, a Sr. Sales Reporting Analyst from January 2008 to February 2009, and a Sales Incentive Analyst from August 2006 to January 2008. At CareerBuilder.com, they managed the inside sales forces' sales compensation, reporting, and consulting, and provided financial planning and analysis for the sales divisions.

Jenni's first role was as a Staff Accountant at Vilcom from May 2005 to July 2006. Jenni was responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statement preparation, and commission processing.
