Francesca Chicaro

Francesca Chicaro has extensive experience in HR and recruiting, having worked at Benetton Group since January 2000. Francesca is currently serving as the Global Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Manager, overseeing worldwide recruiting, talent acquisition, and employer branding. Prior to this, Francesca held positions as an HR and Recruiting Manager for various business units and divisions within the company, as well as a Recruiting Manager involved in candidate profile definition and finding candidates. Before joining Benetton Group, Francesca worked as a Headhunter at Elekta Executive Search in the Fashion & Luxury Business. Francesca obtained their education from the University of Bath.
