Harita Choudhary Kaul has a strong background in buying, merchandising, and visual merchandising, with experience in various roles at different companies. Harita has held positions such as Chief Product Officer- Head of Design, Buying&Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Quality Assurance at Benetton Group, where they played a key role in repositioning the brand as the top casual wear segment in India. Harita also worked as a Director, Senior Vice President, and Head of Buying, Merchandising, and Visual Merchandising, implementing processes and systems that improved efficiency and reduced manual work. Additionally, they served as the Brand Head for Sisley, a luxury Italian fashion brand under the Benetton Group, where they successfully relaunched the brand in India and developed the business strategy for the next five years. Prior to their time at Benetton, Harita worked as a Product and Planning Manager at TCNS Clothing Company Ltd, where they introduced innovative and cost-effective products for modern working women. Harita also gained experience in Buying and Merchandising as an Assistant Buyer at Shopper's Stop.

Harita Choudhary Kaul completed their B Com (Hons) degree in Commerce from Delhi College Of Arts and Commerce from 1995 to 1998. Later, from 1998 to 2000, they pursued a PG - IFTP (Integrated Fashion Technology Programme ) with Nottingham Trent University, specializing in Fashion/Apparel Design at Pearl Academy.
