Silvia de Sanctis

Silvia De Sanctis is an experienced design professional currently serving as the UCB Design Director at Benetton Group since February 2023, overseeing the UCB lines for Women's, Men's, Kids, and Undercolors. Previously, Silvia held various roles at Miroglio Fashion from November 2016 to November 2023, including Senior Buyer for Women's collections and Head of Product & Design, where responsibilities encompassed market analysis, supplier negotiation, and strategic product development. Earlier career experience includes serving as Senior Buyer in the Womanswear Department at Conbipel Spa from December 2009 to October 2016, as well as a Product Manager at Via Del Corso Spa from February 1991 to March 2008, where Silvia specialized in market research, trend analysis, and collection development. Silvia's educational background includes a degree from Polimoda International Institute and the Istituto Almerigo da Schio, completing studies in fashion design and marketing.
