Pamela Hartnett

Pamela Hartnett is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in operations and strategic development. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Benevis since June 2024 and as a Senior Consultant at Panoramic Health since February 2021, Pamela has demonstrated expertise in transforming healthcare services. Prior roles include Senior Director of Specialty Care at St. Luke's University Health Network, where responsibilities included driving business development and leading a team of approximately 200 staff across 14 locations, as well as overseeing significant service-line growth from 5 to over 27 locations. Pamela holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of Scranton and a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medical Studies/Biology from Philadelphia University.
