Carmen Iglesias

Carmen Iglesias is an experienced International People Operations Specialist at Benevity since May 2024, where responsibilities include leading global People Operations initiatives and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Previously, Carmen worked as an HR Associate at INARI.IO, managing onboarding and HR administration from January 2023 to March 2024, and held various roles in HR and administrative functions at companies such as Tap4fun Barcelona, MANGO, FREE NOW, and Dell Technologies. Carmen has a specialized course in Human Resources Management from Universidad Europea Miguel de Cervantes and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Law at Universidad de Extremadura, complemented by studies in Arabic and French language courses.
