Guillaume Granelli

Guillaume Granelli has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Snr. Director of Client Success at Benevity. In this role, they lead a team of 30 experts across various areas of client success, non-profit success, implementation, and support. Prior to joining Benevity, they were the Co-Founder, COO, and Head of Client Success at Alaya, where they played a crucial role in the company's growth and success. During their time at Alaya, they helped the company expand its client base to more than five countries and become the European leader in employee purpose platforms before being acquired by Benevity. Before their time at Alaya, Guillaume co-founded a company called Share A Dream and later merged it with another startup to create Alaya. Guillaume also has experience working in various roles at AIESEC in Lausanne, including President of the Organizing Committee for two different events and as a video editor for marketing. Guillaume also briefly worked at Credit Suisse as an Assistant Project Manager for Marketing.

Guillaume Granelli obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business - Marketing from HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Gymnase de Nyon from 2009 to 2012.
