Kerry Lawrence

Kerry Lawrence is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support management and client success, currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Manager at Benevity since May 2017. Kerry has played a pivotal role in enhancing client experiences, particularly in community investment initiatives, through the development of effective social impact programs and operational efficiencies for enterprise clients. Previous positions include Operations Manager and Corporate Community Investment Consultant, where Kerry excelled in redesigning community programs, facilitating workflow optimization for clients, and collaborating with sales teams to boost client investments. Prior to Benevity, Kerry founded Mighty Good Marketing, providing strategic consulting to small businesses, and held various roles in sales and marketing, showcasing a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving client relations across multiple organizations. Kerry holds a BA Hons in Art & Design and Communication from the University of Plymouth and has training in performance at the Welsh College of Music and Drama.
