Lisa Marjoram has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Lisa currently works at Benevity, where they serve as the Support Operations Lead, with previous experience as a Technical Support Specialist. Before joining Benevity in 2019, Lisa worked at Scalar Decisions as a Service Desk Coordinator from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they held the position of Service Desk Coordinator, Managed Operations at Mainland Information Systems from 2014 to 2016. Lisa also worked at ATB Financial as a Customer Service Specialist from 2013 to 2014. Their earlier roles include Service Coordinator at HP from 2011 to 2012 and Service Coordinator (On-site @ Talisman Energy) at Telvent from 2008 to 2011. Lisa's work experience began at Dominion of Canada General Insurance Company as a Customer Service Representative from 2005 to 2008.
Lisa Marjoram graduated from The University of Lethbridge in 2013 with a Bachelor of Management degree in General Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Business Administration with a Management major from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). In 2014, Lisa also obtained additional certifications, including the HDI Support Center Team Lead from HDI and the ITIL Foundation Certificate from PEOPLECERT.
