Michael Swan

Michael Swan, MBA has a diverse range of work experience. Michael is currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Benevity, where they focus on pushing the limits of social responsibility through giving, volunteering, and mission management. Prior to this, Michael was the Vice President of Product Management at Conservice The Utility Experts® where they drove innovation and growth of product lines and services. Michael also held positions at Workfront, where they served as the Director of Product Management and Group Product Manager, and at Entrata, where they held roles such as Product Director, Senior Product Manager, and Operations Manager. Michael's career began at Jordan Credit Union, where they served as a CSR and Head of Teller Operations. Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated expertise in product management, strategic vision, and leading cross-functional teams.

Michael Swan, MBA has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained in 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance from the University of Phoenix in 2015. In 2012, they obtained an Associate's degree in Finance, General from SLCC. Additionally, they have certifications in pragmatic marketing from Pragmatic Marketing, obtained in September 2018. Michael also holds a Property & Casualty License from the Utah Department of Insurance.
